PETOUR MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic professional to identify, recruit, and onboard KOL/KOC partners with strong sales potential to expand our channel network and drive revenue growth.

You will build relationships, provide campaign updates and sales support, track performance across GMV, conversions, and ROI, and assist in planning campaigns and live streams to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field. Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, business development, e-commerce operations, or partnership management will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence KOL/KOC partners effectively.
• Familiar with social commerce and social media platforms such as TikTok Shop, TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track sales performance, conversion metrics, ROI, and channel growth data.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving business and sales targets.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools for performance tracking and business analysis.

Responsabilités

• Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding KOL/KOC partners with strong sales potential to support channel expansion and revenue growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOL/KOC partners, providing product information, campaign updates, promotional materials, and sales support to maximize partner performance.
• Track and monitor KOL/KOC sales performance, including GMV, conversions, order volume, affiliate performance, and ROI, while identifying opportunities to improve channel productivity.
• Support the planning and execution of sales-driven KOL/KOC campaigns, livestream activities, affiliate programs, and promotional initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Analyze channel performance data and prepare regular reports on partner effectiveness, sales results, and growth opportunities while highlighting underperforming channels for optimization.
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales teams to align promotional activities, product launches, pricing strategies, and campaign resources with KOL/KOC sales initiatives.
• Assist in negotiating collaboration terms, campaign deliverables, commission structures, and partnership opportunities with KOL/KOC partners.
• Maintain accurate records of partner databases, campaign performance, sales results, and collaboration documentation.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the reporting manager, including supporting new channel development, affiliate recruitment, and sales-focused KOL/KOC growth initiatives.
