Luxasia in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Affiliate Relationship Manager to drive performance across Shopee and Lazada, MY & SG markets. You will coordinate product movements, track demos, and ensure timely communications with partners.

You’ll analyze data in Excel/Google Sheets, brief affiliates on campaigns, and monitor TikTok livestreams and creator content to maintain brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, eCommerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital affiliate management or eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with eCommerce ad platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Attention to detail in campaign setup and tracking accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams in different countries/markets.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary daily point of contact for top-tier affiliates across Shopee and Lazada (MY & SG).
• Coordinate product movements, track demos, and manage end-to-end loan units.
• Arrange weekly logistics, liaise with warehouse partners, and keep live unit status records.
• Monitor TikTok livestreams and creator content, flag issues, and ensure brand alignment.
• Brief affiliates on products, campaigns, offers, and ensure up-to-date pricing information.
