Job summary

LUXASIA in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Affiliate Relationship Management & Logistics Coordinator to support affiliate partnerships across Shopee and Lazada for MY & SG markets. You will manage product movement, track loan units, coordinate weekly dispatches with our logistics partner, and ensure smooth delivery flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, eCommerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital affiliate management or ecommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with eCommerce ad platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Attention to detail in campaign setup and tracking accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams in different countries/markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily contact for top-tier affiliates across Shopee and Lazada (MY & SG).
• Track products each affiliate holds and coordinate what to send next.
• Monitor demo/loan units end-to-end; manage dispatches and returns.
• Schedule weekly logistics for affiliate product movements with partners.
• Liaise with logistics/warehouse partner to record unit status and location.
• Resolve delays or discrepancies to keep affiliate content flowing.
• Monitor TikTok livestreams featuring products across MY and SG stores.
• Track creator content, note coverage and messaging issues, and flag concerns.
• Brief affiliates on products, selling points, and demonstration guidance.
• Communicate campaign offers, vouchers, and promotional mechanics ahead of key moments.
• Ensure affiliates have up-to-date product and pricing information.
