Luxasia is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to support regional digital marketing across Southeast Asia. You will manage campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Tokopedia, and more, focusing on setup, daily optimization, and reporting with cross-market coordination.

Ideal candidates have a marketing/eCommerce background, 1–2 years of experience, and strong data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, eCommerce or related field.
• 1–2 years in digital performance marketing or eCommerce (internship ok).
• Familiar with eCommerce ad platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets (Excel/Sheets).
• Attention to detail in setup and tracking accuracy.
• Clear communication across countries/markets.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in campaign setup and launch across regional platforms.
• Coordinate with market teams for platform readiness and gaps.
• Monitor daily performance, focus on CPS/ROAS/CVR.
• Execute optimizations under guidance to improve efficiency.
• Flag underperformance and scaling opportunities for seniors.
• Compile EOC reports from platform dashboards.
