Ann Clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Front Desk & Customer Service professional for its aesthetic clinic. You will welcome patients, manage registrations, and coordinate daily appointments with consultants. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is expected; Mandarin is a plus.

The role involves handling inquiries via calls and WhatsApp, assisting with bookings, payments, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Formación

• Previous front desk, reception or clinic admin experience preferred.
• Experience in aesthetic, beauty, wellness or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
• Mandarin an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients, register and verify appointments for a smooth check-in.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages and clinic inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with consultants on attendance.
• Process payments, maintain patient records and assist with admin tasks.
