Job summary

GE Aerospace Malaysia is seeking a recruitment professional responsible for ASEAN talent acquisition, focusing on blue-collar hiring in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end wing-to-wing recruitment, including posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, salary discussions, and employment agreements.

The role requires strong ATS skills, collaboration with People Leaders and HR, and proactive use of social networks to meet hiring demand. Experience in manufacturing or aerospace is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience in Malaysia.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Aerospace is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in wing-to-wing recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and offers.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Understanding of labour legislation and employment laws.
• Drive recruitment events e.g. job fairs, and campus networking sessions.
• Team player in a matrix organization and able to build relationships with stakeholders, candidates and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit ASEAN roles with focus on Malaysia blue collar hiring.
• Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers and employment agreements.
• Build diverse talent pools and maintain weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Coach interviewers on competency-based assessments and interview techniques.
• Collaborate with HR and People Leaders to enhance candidate experience.
