• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience in Malaysia.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Aerospace is preferred.
• Proficiency in using ATS and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end wing-to-wing recruitment including posting, sourcing, interviewing and offers.
• Maintain candidate tracking and provide weekly updates to business partners.
• Coach interviewers on competency-based assessments during interviews.
• Develop diverse talent pools and pipelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment events and campus networking.
