Job summary

Qualifications

• Agency or in-house experience in engineering or sales recruiting.
• Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
• Experience using an ATS and managing confidential data.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and sales roles within SEA region.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and interview processes.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess fit for skills and culture.
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback to ensure a smooth experience.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines and maintain records in the ATS.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding logistics.
• Track recruiting metrics and report to leadership.
• Improve sourcing strategies and employer branding for sales roles.
• Represent AMD at recruiting events and career fairs.
