You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to travel within Penang and nearby areas; own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical or hard-to-fill positions.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Prepare and extend job offers, including negotiation when necessary.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
• Provide recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and report generation.
