Sunway Education Group seeks an Assistant Manager – Admissions for Sunway International School. You will support recruitment, counselling, and enrolment of local and international students, delivering high-quality education counselling and a seamless customer experience from enquiry to enrolment.

You’ll lead admissions processes, collaborate across SIS and SEG, and build a strong team of student ambassadors while keeping records accurate in EMX and CRM systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, customer service, sales or related areas.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional languages preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with leadership to uphold service excellence across Sunway International Schools and SEG.
• Counsel and manage admissions and enrolment for local and international students.
• Engage with prospective students, parents, agents, and colleagues via walk-ins, calls, chats and emails.
• Draft SOPs to streamline prospective customers’ experience.
• Maintain accurate records in EMX and CRM in compliance with SEG and authorities.
• Support CRM projects and coordinate customer engagement initiatives.
• Conduct programme briefings and training for stakeholders as required.
• Stay informed about industry trends to improve service, sales, and classroom experiences.
• Develop counseling tools and admissions policies to optimize operations.
• Build and nurture SIS student ambassadors to boost recruitment.
