Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, ensuring admissions enquiries are handled efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective parents and provide timely updates throughout the admissions journey.
• Arrange and conduct school visits, introducing families to the school's learning environment, facilities, programmes, and student development opportunities.
• Coordinate student entrance assessments, including scheduling, preparation, administration, and follow-up arrangements.
• Review applications and supporting documents to ensure they meet the school's admission requirements and guidelines.
• Evaluate applications and communicate observations or concerns to school leaders for further consideration.
• Manage admissions databases and maintain records of enquiries, prospective students, assessments, progress, and enrolments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition for new students.
