Regent International Schools is seeking an Admissions Officer to oversee the student admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment. The role requires excellent English communication, strong organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering a welcoming admissions experience.

As a key representative, you will engage with prospective families, arrange school tours, coordinate entrance assessments and maintain detailed records of applicants and offers.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to all admissions enquiries promptly and professionally through various channels.
• Proactively engage with prospective parents and encourage school visits to generate enrolment opportunities.
• Conduct informative and engaging school tours highlighting Regent International Schools' offerings.
• Organise and coordinate student entrance assessments and maintain relevant records.
• Review applications and evaluate suitability according to admissions policies.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, assessments, offers and enrolments.
• Liaise with Security to ensure a smooth visitor registration process.
• Follow up with waiting list families and guide next steps and enrolment procedures.
• Communicate school policies regarding behaviour and dress code throughout the process.
• Refer complex admissions cases to Principal or management for review and approval.
• Prepare and submit regular admissions updates and enrolment reports for management.
• Collaborate with academic, finance, marketing and admin teams to smooth onboarding.
