Job summary

ROGA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to guide families from consultation to enrollment and to manage the admissions pipeline. You will support student progression and work closely with the Academic Manager on class placements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data-driven decision making, and building trusted relationships with families. On-site role with a focus on structured learning pathways.

• Monitor live online classes and classroom dynamics.
• Maintain accurate student and admissions records and track indicators.

You will work closely with clients and our academic team to guide students through their learning journey, from initial consultation to long-term progression. You will have the opportunity to shape meaningful educational pathways, build strong relationships with parents and students, and contribute directly to the continued growth and success of the academy. • Support student retention through thoughtful follow-ups and progression planning
• Understand each student's goals and learning profile and recommend structured learning pathways aligned with curriculum
• Collaborate with the Academic Manager on appropriate class placements
• Monitor student development and support progression planning
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with families and provide professional guidance
• Support online lesson operations, including attendance taking and student sign in
• Monitor live online classes and observe classroom dynamics
• Maintain accurate student and admissions records and track key enrollment and retention indicators
