• Recommend learning pathways aligned with curriculum.
• Collaborate with Academic Manager on class placements.
• Monitor student development and progression planning.
• Build trust-based relationships with families and provide guidance.
• Support online lesson operations, attendance, and sign-ins.
• Monitor live online classes and classroom dynamics.
• Maintain accurate student and admissions records and track indicators.
