Responsibilities
1. School Operations & Administrative Support
- Support the day-to-day operations of the School, ensuring tasks,timelines, records, and communication run smoothly.
- Support operational coordination, documentation, communication, andfollow-ups.
- Assist programme-related matters such as student communications,onboarding, and coordination with academic and admin teams.
- Prepare and process administrative and financial documents in line withUniversity procedures.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems, records, andoperational documents.
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update datasets, trackers, dashboards, and reportingtemplates.
- Compile, verify, and present data insights for reports, audits, rankings, andmanagement updates.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper version control.
- Follow up on missing or inconsistent data to ensure timely reporting.
3. Records, Documentation & Compliance
- Support preparation and maintenance of documentation for accreditation,audits, and quality assurance.
- Maintain audit-ready filing systems with proper version control andtracking.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on documentation and reportingrequirements.
- Assist in updating templates, standard operating procedures, andstandard administrative documents.
4. Events & Engagement Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing events such as seminars, workshops,conferences, and student activities, including coordinating logistics suchas venue bookings, registrations, publicity, attendance, and liaison withrelevant support units.
- Prepare event materials such as briefs, run sheets, and presentations.
- Support event promotion across communication and digital platforms.
5. Dean’s Office Support
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Dean, incluingscheduling and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and circulate agendas, meeting materials, and presentations.
- Support digital marketing activities across social media, website, andcommunication platforms.
- Prepare, curate and schedule content in line with branding guidelines.
- Coordinate updates to programme and website content with stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on digital engagement metrics such as reach,engagement, growth and performance.
- Assist with outreach initiatives such as open days, webinars, androadshows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, ora related field.
- Minimum three years of relevant working experience, preferably inacademic administration, school operations, reporting, or marketing orevents coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks anddeadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Able to manage data, maintain trackers/dashboards, and prepare reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and digital tools(e.g. Canva, CapCut).
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality andprofessionalism.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work well with different stakeholders.
