• To assist operation in daily administrative activities.
• To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
• To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
• To analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
