Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Construction administrator, or similar role in the construction or property development industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems.
Strong filing, document control, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience handling construction project documentation, drawings, and site records will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update site documentation, project records, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, transmittals, and other project-related administrative documents.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records for site staff, workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Coordinate administrative matters between site office, head office, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Assist project team with procurement records, delivery orders, purchase documentation, material tracking, and document control.
- Ensure all project documents are properly filed, tracked, updated, and readily accessible when required.
- Assist in submission, tracking, and follow-up of project approvals, permits, drawings, and related documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, telephone enquiries, and courier arrangements.
- Maintain records of site meetings, inspections, and project progress documentation.
- Provide clerical, administrative, and office support to the project management and site team.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
