Job summary

Konfulon New Energy SDN.BHD is seeking a meticulous Store Admin to support the Outdoor Sales Team with daily orders and store operations. You will prepare inventory, draft sales documents, manage stock placement, and respond quickly to the Sales Team via WhatsApp.

The role requires independence, basic computer skills, and a proactive attitude to learn and coordinate effectively with the team. Previous admin or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Meticulous and responsible with serious work attitude.
• Basic computer operation skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Able to use WhatsApp to respond promptly to the Sales Team.
• Experience in Admin, Sales Admin, warehouse, or order processing is preferred.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with the Sales Team.
• Patient and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory, count goods, and arrange shipments based on orders.
• Create sales documents including Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders.
• Manage and organize store inventory to ensure neat and orderly stock placement.
