We are looking for an Admin Manager to lead and strengthen the company’s administrative and operational functions. The role covers sales administration, investor documentation, contract management, office operations, licensing & compliance, procurement, and vendor management.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and experienced in managing stakeholders, contracts, vendors, and administrative teams.
Lead sales administration and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
Oversee investor onboarding, agreements, and supporting documents.
Maintain centralized investor records and monitor pending documentation and approvals.
Prepare reports and drive improvements in administrative processes.
Manage investor agreements, contracts, registers, and document control.
Monitor contract milestones, expiry dates, and obligations.
Coordinate with internal/external legal advisors on contract reviews and amendments.
Identify and escalation contractual and compliance risks.
Oversee daily office administration, facilities, assets, maintenance, and service providers.
Develop and improve administrative SOPs, policies, and processes.
Maintain confidential corporate records and ensure proper document control.
Manage business licenses, permits, and renewal schedules.
Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits.
Maintain compliance records and renewal calendars.
Lead centralized procurement for the Corporate Office and outlets.
Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance.
Review purchase requisitions, purchase orders, budgets, and supplier agreements.
Identify cost- saving opportunities and improve procurement controls.
Lead and supervise Administration Executives and support staff.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Law, Finance, or related discipline.
5–8 years of administrative/operations management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven experience in contract administration, licensing, procurement, and vendor management.
Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
Someone who can go beyond traditional administration — building structure, strengthening controls, improving processes, managing risks, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
