PRUDENCE MEDTECH SDN. BHD. seeks an capable warehouse administrator to supervise daily operations, coordinate logistics staff, and manage库存 levels with accuracy. In this role you will support stock checks, GRN processing, and maintenance records in AutoCount across multiple hospital sites.
The position involves preparing reports, coordinating deliveries, handling returns and equipment loans, and ensuring safety and storage standards. Travel and flexible hours may be required.
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of medical instruments, implants, and equipment. Support the scheduling and coordination of logistics coordinators, riders, and warehouse staff. Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements across multiple hospital sites and regions. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant safety and storage standards.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and investigate discrepancies
Prepare and process Goods Received Notes (GRN) for incoming stock, verifying quantities and condition against purchase/delivery orders
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, collections, and equipment maintenance in AutoCount
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements across multiple hospital sites and regions
Assist with returns, replacements, and equipment maintenance/loan arrangements
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant safety and storage standards
Support sales and clinical teams with logistics planning and urgent delivery requirements
Prepare warehouse and inventory reports for management
Prior experience in an admin, warehouse, or inventory-support role is required
Direct warehouse supervision, logistics, or medical device/healthcare distribution experience is an advantage
Comfortable coordinating with a small team of coordinators, riders, and warehouse staff
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in stock control
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate across sales, clinical, and logistics teams
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems under time pressure
Willing to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when required
Familiarity with AutoCount (or similar inventory/accounting software) and GRN processing is required
Excel-based stock tracking is a plus
