In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising logistics and warehouse staff, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring medical instruments, implants, and equipment are prepared, stored, and dispatched efficiently to hospitals and customers across our regions.
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of medical instruments, implants, and equipment.
Lead, schedule, and oversee the performance of logistics coordinators, riders, and warehouse staff.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare and process Goods Received Notes (GRN) for incoming stock, verifying quantities and condition against purchase/delivery orders.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, collections, and equipment maintenance in AutoCount.
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements across multiple hospital sites and regions.
Oversee returns, replacements, and equipment maintenance/loan arrangements.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant safety and storage standards.
Support sales and clinical teams with logistics planning and urgent delivery requirements.
Prepare warehouse and inventory reports for management.
Prior experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory management is required; medical device or healthcare distribution experience is an advantage.
Proven ability to lead and manage a small team.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in stock control.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate across sales, clinical, and logistics teams.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems under time pressure.
Willing to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when required.
Familiarity with AutoCount (or similar inventory/accounting software) and GRN processing is required; Excel-based stock tracking is a plus.
Hands-on leadership experience in logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations.
