tHe Spring, Kuching is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support leasing functions and property management systems. The role requires 2+ years in admin work, exposure to accounts or leasing, and strong Excel/Office skills to handle reports and data accuracy.

You will manage leasing-related admin tasks, update tenant profiles and performance data, prepare letters and notices, and liaise across departments to ensure smooth operations in a retail/mall environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• Minimum 2 years admin experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with numerical accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Handle leasing-related administrative tasks and operate property management systems according to management requirements.

Assist in updating leasing reports, tenant profiles, and performance reviews.

Maintain and update monthly and quarterly tenant performance data.

Assist in the preparation of letters, notices, reports, and internal communications as needed.

Manage tenants’ monthly sales report submissions within the property management system.

Liaise with inter-departments and external parties on administrative and coordination matters.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounts, Finance, Economics or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience, preferably with exposure to Accounts or Leasing.

Possess basic accounting knowledge, with good numerical and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, particularly when handling numerical data and reports.

Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and reliably.

Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
