Job summary

Mah Sing Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support retail and commercial property leasing activities, tenancy administration, market research, reporting and lease documentation.

You will assist in sourcing tenants, prepare LOOs and tenancy agreements, liaise with tenants and solicitors, produce monthly reports, and support senior management with proposals and meetings.

Qualifications

• Assist in leasing activities, including tenant sourcing and lease renewals.
• Prepare and follow up on Letters of Offer (LOO), Tenancy Agreements (TA), renewal documents, and leasing correspondence.
• Liaise with tenants, solicitors, agents, and internal departments on leasing letters.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis on rental rates, occupancy levels, tenant mix, and market trends.
• Assist in feasibility studies and research for new developments and business opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on market findings.
• Prepare monthly leasing, occupancy, tenancy, and management reports.
• Maintain and update leasing records, databases, and documentation.
• Compile and analyze leasing data to support management decision-making.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Assistant Manager, Senior Manager, and General Manager on leasing matters.
• Assist in preparing management papers, proposals, presentations, and approval documents.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and correspondence related to leasing activities.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management.

Responsible for supporting leasing activities for retail and commercial properties, including tenancy administration, market research, reporting, and lease documentation. The role also provides administrative and operational support to the Assistant Manager, Senior Manager, and General Manager in achieving the department's leasing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Tenancy Administration

Assist in leasing activities, including tenant sourcing and lease renewals.

Prepare and follow up on Letters of Offer (LOO), Tenancy Agreements (TA), renewal documents, and leasing correspondence.

Liaise with tenants, solicitors, agents, and internal departments on leasing letters.

Market Research & Development

Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis on rental rates, occupancy levels, tenant mix, and market trends.

Assist in feasibility studies and research for new developments and business opportunities.

Prepare reports and presentations based on market findings.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare monthly leasing, occupancy, tenancy, and management reports.

Compile and analyze leasing data to support management decision-making.

Provide day-to-day support to the Assistant Manager, Senior Manager, and General Manager on leasing matters.
