Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable pre-sales professional to support HP products, solutions and services with a focus on WXP solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to map requirements, review tenders, and coordinate with HP and internal teams on compliant, accurate proposals.

The role requires 2+ years in pre-sales or related areas, strong communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, BIS or related field.
• At least 2 years of pre-sales/solution mapping/bid management/technical sales support experience.
• Experience reviewing government tenders and preparing technical proposals is a plus.
• Familiarity with HP WXP solutions and enterprise IT infra preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

Job description

Serve as the primary liaison between HP, internal teams, and customers for technical-related matters.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution mapping, bid management, or technical sales support.

Experience in reviewing government tenders and preparing technical proposals will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with HP WXP solutions and enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and end-user computing solutions is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
