Job summary

Invenio Potential is seeking a Property Manager in Malaysia to oversee stratified developments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle owner inquiries, coordinate with contractors, and maintain accurate management files.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Property Management or related field, 3+ years in property management, and solid knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong leadership, communication, and customer relation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management, Real Estate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Property Management of stratified developments.
• Sound knowledge of Strata Management Act and other related legislation.
• Knowledge of Building Systems and interpretation of drawings an added advantage.
• Demonstrate good leadership, management and prioritization skills.
• Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to owner's inquiries and resolve their problems/ complaints, report and follow up with contractors on rectification of defects.
• Responsible for creating, updating and keeping of management files.
• Coordinate with the operation Manager, contractors and maintenance team on property inspection/ maintenance/ issues.
• Timely reporting on all kinds of incidences and emergencies to the operation Manager/ management.
• Maintain good customer relationship with residents.
• Assist in organizing community activities and publicity work.
• Responsible for the administrative work (Notices & Software).
