Job summary

Sunway Berhad seeks an experienced leader to head a team of property/building executives and technical services personnel, delivering comprehensive property management for strata-titled and commercial properties in Malaysia.

You will oversee operations, maintenance, and administration across multiple developments, ensuring budgets, customer programs, and SOPs align with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Professional Certificate/Degree in Land Surveying/ Building/Architecture/Estate Management.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Assistant Managers/Managers/Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Well-versed in the property market with an understanding of Building By-laws and Local Authority guidelines.
• A registered member of BOVEAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations, maintenance, and administration of multiple developments.
• Prepare, implement, and manage the assigned portfolio financials budget to achieve the company’s financial goals.
• Prepare, implement, and control the Customer Management Programs for the assigned portfolio to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs and SOPs for building maintenance and management, for M&E and non-M&E, to meet customers’ expectations.
• Evaluate the performance of outsourced contractors as per the service level agreement.
• Ensure the adoption and compliance of all procurement procedures (SOPs) inline with ISO 19001.
• Fulfill related government regulations and ensure compliance by all.

Job Specifications

Qualification :
