Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated intern to support our Branch Support Service Assistant role (Service Scheduler/Planner) in Penang. You will assist with inbound calls, handle complaints, and perform appointment confirmations while learning service planning processes.

The incumbent will gain hands-on product training, operate under the service and operations team guidance, and may be considered for permanent absorption based on performance. Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing tertiary education or final semester (Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma)
• Must have own transport to travel to work daily
• Monthly allowance offered during internship

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)

• Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis

• Monthly allowance
