Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an intern to support the Branch Support Service Assistant role (Service Scheduler/Planner) in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will handle inbound calls, appointment confirmations, and service scheduling tasks, with full product training and a path to potential absorption as a permanent employee.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree or diploma in business/management-related fields and must have their own transport for daily travel to the worksite.

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)
• Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
