Job summary

Rentokil Initial Malaysia is seeking a motivated Intern to support our Commercial team. The role offers a monthly allowance and strong training, with potential for permanent absorption based on performance.

You will gain hands-on experience through full product training and support from the Customer Care Team while performing administrative tasks and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

• Pursuing tertiary education in business/marketing or related field.
• Final semester students preferred and own transport required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all customer documentation is updated in the service database.
• Sales data keying and updating in the system.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Commercial team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative and documentation support.


• Responsible for handling communication between the customer and the Company


• Ensure all documentation pertaining to customers are updated into the respective service database timely and accurately.


• Sales data key in and update in the system.


• Any other task or duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Duration: Depending on your university's requirement

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)


• Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis

• Monthly allowance
