Job summary

Rentokil Initial is inviting a motivated Intern to support our Commercial team. The role focuses on administrative and documentation tasks and provides hands-on product training with support from Customer Care.

You will gain exposure to customer communications, data entry into the service database, and monthly allowance, with potential absorption as a permanent employee based on performance.

• Currently pursuing tertiary education or final semester in business/related field
• Own transport to travel to work daily
• Monthly allowance provided
• Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee based on performance

• Keying in and updating sales data in the system

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Commercial team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative and documentation support.
• Responsible for handling communication between the customer and the Company
• Ensure all documentation pertaining to customers are updated into the respective service database timely and accurately.
• Sales data key in and update in the system.
• Any other task or duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Duration: Depending on your university's requirement

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)
• Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
