Job summary

Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Intern to support the Branch Support Service Assistant (Service Scheduler/Planner). You will handle inbound and complaint calls, confirm service appointments, and assist with service backlog checks while gaining hands-on training.

The role is university requirements driven, with a monthly allowance and potential to be absorbed as a permanent employee based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)
• Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
• Monthly allowance
• Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on your work performance)

Responsibilities

• Assist to pickup inbound calls.
• Assist to handle complaint calls.
• Perform appointments calls to confirm service appointments.
• Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc.
• Docket compilation, prepare service schedule.
