IDS HOME SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent Property Manager to oversee daily property management and office operations, coordinate tenant check-ins, check-outs, key handovers and unit inspections, and ensure accurate records and timely reports.
You will handle maintenance coordination, utility readings, rent collections, invoicing, and liaison with tenants and owners, delivering regular updates and ensuring smooth property administration.

Oversee daily property management and office operations.
Coordinate tenant check-ins, check-outs, key handovers and unit inspections.
Monitor property-related matters, including maintenance requests, utilities and access arrangements.
Track TNB and water meter readings, consumption and outstanding utility bills.
Ensure property records, databases and filing systems are accurate and up to date.
Prepare property management reports, supporting documents and operational updates.
2. Tenant and Owner Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and property owners through WhatsApp, phone and email.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, complaints and operational issues.
Prepare and distribute notices, reminders, updates and other tenant communications.
Provide owners with regular property, tenancy, maintenance and financial updates.
Escalate complex, sensitive or high-risk matters to management when necessary.
3. Maintenance and Work-Order Coordination
Receive, record and track maintenance requests and work orders.
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with maintenance teams, contractors and vendors.
Monitor work progress to ensure repairs are completed within the required timeline.
Verify supporting documents, invoices and completion records before payment processing.
Keep tenants and owners informed of maintenance progress and outcomes.
4. Rental and Financial Administration
Monitor rental collections, outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
Track utility charges, management bills and other billable items.
Prepare and issue payment reminders, invoices and account statements.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payments and property-related transactions are recorded accurately.
Assist in reconciling rental, maintenance and utility records.
