Jora Malaysia is seeking a Property Administrator to manage tenant billing, payments and maintenance coordination. You will work with tenants, maintenance staff, contractors and Management to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
The role requires a Diploma, fluency in BM and English, and 5–6 years in building or machinery maintenance. Independent work and strong coordination skills are essential.

The role is responsible for property administration, tenant billing and payment matters, and the coordination and supervision of maintenance activities. The successful candidate will work closely with tenants, maintenance staff, contractors, and Management to ensure smooth property operations and timely completion of assigned work.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
Candidates with 5-6 years of working experience in maintenance in building or machinery
Candidates with basic knowledge or experience in maintenance works, building facilities, or coordinating maintenance personnel/contractors will be preferred.
Must be responsible, hardworking, organized, and possess a pleasant personality.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and work effectively with different departments.
Must possess good communication and coordination skills.
Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
Knowledge of online marketing and digital platforms will be an added advantage.
Manage and monitor tenant billing and payment matters, including rental, utilities, maintenance charges, repair works, and other related expenses.
Coordinate, monitor, and supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and contractors to ensure maintenance and repair works are completed properly and on time.
Follow up on outstanding maintenance issues and ensure reported defects are attended to promptly.
Assist in obtaining quotations, checking maintenance costs, coordinating repair schedules, and verifying completed maintenance works before processing payments.
Maintain proper records of maintenance expenses, invoices, bills, payments, quotations, and supporting documents.
Communicate and respond professionally to existing and potential tenants regarding property, rental, maintenance, and other related matters.
Handle daily property administration duties including billing, data entry, documentation, filing, record keeping, and reporting.
Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Assist Management in monitoring the general condition of properties and identifying areas requiring repair or improvement.
Assist with online marketing and property advertising where required.
Prepare reports and updates on billing, outstanding payments, maintenance progress, and other property-related matters.
Undertake any other duties or assignments given by the immediate superior or Management from time to time.
