Job summary

Fin Freedom Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking an Admin cum Account Officer to support Accounting, Administrative and Training operations. The role offers exposure to financial data entry, invoicing, petty cash, and HRD Corp administration, while providing room to learn and grow within a supportive team.

You will work under senior guidance to handle monthly closings, billing, and office administration, enabling you to develop skills across accounting and admin functions in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance or Administration.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin / 会华语.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Accounting data entry & monthly closing
• Issue invoices & receipts
• Petty cash & payment documentation
• Prepare training certificates & update CPE/CPD points
• Assist with HRD Corp & training administration
• General office administration
