Job summary

Tiance Research Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a full-time sales role focused on B2C outreach.

You will handle outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails to qualify leads, promote promotions and close deals. You will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring accurate information on our residential solar solutions and managing expectations. The role requires proven B2C sales and telemarketing experience, SPM or higher, strong English communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C sales and telemarketing.
• SPM qualification or higher.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong MS Office and general software skills.

In This Role You Will:

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

• Experience in B2C sales and telemarketing
• An SPM holder minimum.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp product knowledge.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Required basic software skills: MS Office
• Candidate will be based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur office
