About Employer :

This company is a fast growing, tech-enabled platform that moves tones of food products to all levels of the F&B industry (restaurants, cafes, hawkers etc.). We leverage technology to coordinate all aspects of food distribution, bringing us to our goal of making the entire food supply chain efficient and sustainable.

Starting salary RM 2300 and above after confirmation RM 2500.

After 3 months confirmation of KWSP & SOCSO deduction

Work from Office: 10am - 6pm

Job Description:

  • Contacting customers to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decisions
  • Contacting customers to upsell them remotely
  • Dealing with customer concerns, spoken and unspoken
  • Recording customer feedback and information from conversations in our database
  • Working with team manager and team members to identify errors in the company's processes which affect customers purchasing decisions
  • Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries

Job Requirements:

  • You are open to learning and experimenting with new methods of communication and closing sales remotely.
  • You are able to work through lists and complete all assigned tasks within the deadlines given.
  • You understand that performing as a team is crucial and you are able to work with teammates to hit performance targets and incentives.
  • Prior experience in tele sales, telemarketing, customer service, data entry is a plus but not essential.
  • F&B experience is not required at all.
  • Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu is required. Other dialects are a bonus.
