Job summary

Arvion Services in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. You will reach out to potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and promote our products or services.

You will maintain a leads database, nurture opportunities, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets. Fresh graduates welcome; strong Malay communication and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
• Good organizational skills to manage lead databases effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Adaptability and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
