Deep Whale Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a driven Telesales professional for our growing eCommerce team. You will engage via WhatsApp, Messenger and phone, connect with live hosts, and drive conversions through persuasive communication. A strong hunger to close deals is essential.

Location at Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur. Base salary RM3000 with high commission potential. If you’re results-oriented and enjoy turning conversations into conversions, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, proactive, and persistent personality.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (eCommerce experience is a plus).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good follow-up and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Mandarin speaking is a must.
• Find Live Hosts via social media.
• Follow up consistently with the Live Hosts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Live Hosts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Update Live Hosts records and track interactions accurately via Excel or Google Sheet.
