Qualifications

• At least SPM certificates.

Responsibilities

• Enter operational and warehouse data into WMS and shared files.
• Issue GRN, DN, Loading Advice and other documents for inbound/outbound processes.
• Collect and record driver and warehouse documents in WMS and files.
• Maintain proper physical and electronic filing systems.
• Generate reports from data in WMS (Receiving, Movement, Issuance).
• Coordinate with operations and QA on documentation and discrepancies.
• Support audit readiness with complete records.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

ADMIN ASSISTANT (WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS)

This role involves data entry of operational and warehouse-related information into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and shared files, as well as the issuance of GRN, DN, Loading Advice and other documents for inbound and outbound purposes.

Key responsibilities

Data entry of all operational and warehouse related information into Warehouse Management System (WMS) and documents in shared files

Issuance of GRN, DN, Loading Advice and all other documents to customers for inbound and outbound purposes

Collect all supporting documents from drivers and warehouse personnel and record into WMS and shared files

Maintain proper documentation and fillings, both physically and electronically

Generate reports using excels after extracting all necessary information from WMS, including Receiving Report, Movement Report, and Issuance Report

Coordinate with operations and QA team on documentation and discrepancies

Support audit preparation by ensuring proper documentation and records are in place

Other administrative tasks as assigned

About you

At least SPM certificates

Proficient in using excel

Experience in using WMS is a big plus

Keen learner with positive attitude and attention to details

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
