Job summary

XH Supply Chain (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Asst. Warehouse/Logistics Operation Manager to lead customer requirement management, oversee orders from placement to delivery, and apply data-driven logistics planning in Malaysia.

You will coordinate with 3PLs, supervise daily service performance, drive process improvements, mentor the local team, and ensure compliance with Malaysia food safety and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or above and 5–8 years' experience in logistics or related fields, preferably cold chain.
• Strong ability to design and optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions; excellent cross-functional coordination.
• Able to manage complex, multi-party projects; strong problem-solving under pressure.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders.

Job description

Asst. Warehouse/Logistics Operation Manager

1. Customer Requirement Management Engage deeply with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized cold chain logistics solutions；Act as a liaison between clients and 3PL providers, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency； Address client complaints or operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction.

2.Order Management Track the entire order process from placement to receipt, synchronize key nodes such as warehouse stock preparation and vehicle scheduling, and ensure the delivery of time-sensitive goods; Be responsible for the review, entry and filing of core cold chain documents to ensure that the information is consistent with actual business situations; cooperate with the finance and compliance departments to provide documents required for settlement and review, so as to ensure business compliance.

3.Data analytics and System Support Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery accuracy, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates；Leverage real-time data to dynamically adjust warehousing and distribution plans, ensuring agility and stability；Provide data-driven reports to clients and internal stakeholders to support decision-making.

4.Coordination and Execution Assist in supervising the daily service performance of third-party logistics suppliers, conduct statistical analysis on logistics operation data and provide feedback on optimization suggestions; urge suppliers to implement the quality requirements of the company and customers, and cooperate to complete audits; synchronize information among customers, the company and suppliers to ensure the project progresses as scheduled; complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

5.Team and Project Management

Lead and manage cross-functional projects to drive supply chain innovation and continuous improvement； Recruit, train, and motivate local teams to build strong 4PL management capabilities；Support clients' strategic growth by delivering comprehensive supply chain solutions.

6.Compliance and Regulatory Management

Ensure cold chain operations comply with Malaysia food safety regulations and workplace safety standards；Regularly audit compliance in storage and transportation, particularly for temperature controls and food safety；Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust supply chain strategies to mitigate risks.

1.Education and Experience College degree or above; 5-8 years of working experience in logistics, customer service or related fields, with cold chain industry background preferred.

2.Professional Skills Strong ability to design and optimize comprehensive supply chain solutions; Exceptional coordination skills to manage clients, suppliers, and internal teams; Ability to execute and manage complex, multi-party projects; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
