Job summary

Qualifications

At least SPM certificates.
Proficient in using Excel.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a big plus.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

Responsibilities

Enter operational and warehouse data into WMS and shared files.
Issue GRN, DN, Loading Advice and other documents for inbound/outbound processes.
Collect and record driver and warehouse documents in WMS and files.
Maintain proper physical and electronic filing systems.
Generate reports from data in WMS (Receiving, Movement, Issuance).
Coordinate with operations and QA on documentation and discrepancies.
Support audit readiness with complete records.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
