Job Description:
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the entire company. This may include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
Serving as a point of contact. This involves managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, as well as relaying messages accurately and promptly.
Assisting in the coordination and execution of various projects, initiatives, and events. This may involve planning meetings, preparing materials, and collaborating with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Managing data and information, including maintaining databases, generating reports, and organizing information in a systematic manner.
Addressing administrative issues and resolving problems that arise in the course of daily operations. This may involve troubleshooting technical problems, resolving conflicts, or finding solutions to improve efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. This involves staying updated on relevant policies and guidelines and ensuring that employees are aware of and adhere to them.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
2 years relevant working experience in administrative roles
Strong administrative skills including proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite), excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
Skilled in creating reports using Pivot Table / Charts (Specifically In Microsoft Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Languages : English, Malay & a MUST for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
