Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an Acquisition Systems Specialist to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team. You will support the Sales Team by expanding our partner network and equipping sales with tools and resources to engage high-potential businesses, strengthening Delivery Hero's ecosystem growth.

In this role you will lead the development of acquisition tools, analyze data for issues, and drive process improvements to optimize sales productivity across international markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations or Process Improvement, with international markets preferred.
• Strong data analysis and SQL expertise with actionable insights.
• Proven ability to implement sales tools and collaborate with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of partner acquisition tools and vendor grading.
• Analyze acquisition data and flag issues to stakeholders to ensure performance and integrity.
• Enhance performance tracking and reporting for data-driven sales productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tools with global standards and market needs.
• Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to new features to streamline workflows.
