foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Lead, Strategy & Vendor Performance to drive the sales strategy across 16 countries. You will shape how we offer the best supply to our customers and partner with cross-functional teams.

In this senior role you will manage complex projects, influence stakeholders, and turn data into actionable decisions to boost revenue and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in fast-paced environments (startups, top consulting firms, top digital companies, FMCG, retailers);
• Good understanding FMCG, retail and/or e-commerce business, as well as revenue/growth dynamics and drivers;
• Influencing skills: you can be a true project leader in multidisciplinary teams;
• A data-driven mentality: you make decisions based on data and you are not afraid of making business judgments when necessary. SQL is a plus;
• A problem-solving mindset: you enjoy finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems

Responsibilities

• Be ready to jump into new arising strategic projects that shape the Shops commercial business
• Ideate the right setup for a successful execution of the strategy per country
• Develop supporting tools and processes to ease and accelerate local sales
• Coordinate cross functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Logistics, Operations and Analytics to improve our Shops offering holistically
• Lead cross functional initiatives with Sales, CRM, Category Management, Product, Operations, Analytics and Marketing to improve our Shops execution holistically
