Job summary

foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) is seeking an Acquisition Systems Specialist to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team. You will support the Sales Team, expanding our network and equipping sellers with data-driven tools to engage high-potential partners.

You will lead development of acquisition tools, analyze data with SQL, and collaborate with product and stakeholders to align with global standards, delivering scalable workflows and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations or Process Improvement.
• Preference for experience in international markets.
• Strong data analysis and SQL capabilities with ability to generate actionable insights.
• Experience implementing sales tools and collaborating across product teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of partner acquisition tools, including vendor grading.

We are on the lookout for a Acquisition Systems Specialist to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Joining our Sales Team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our network, empowering sellers to bring a strong portfolio of businesses onto the platform. Your work will equip sales teams with effective strategies and resources to identify and engage high-potential partners, enhancing the quality of businesses joining our platform and contributing directly to Delivery Hero's ecosystem growth.

What would you do

• Lead the development and implementation of efficient partner acquisition tools, including vendor grading for prioritizing high-potential businesses
• Demonstrate strong autonomy in analyzing acquisition data, conducting deep-dives to identify potential issues, and proactively flagging them to relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and process integrity
• Enhance performance tracking and reporting, enabling data-driven insights to optimize sales productivity and identify deviations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition tools with global standards and adapt them for market needs
• Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to developing new features that streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency

What you need to be successful

• At least 5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations or Process Improvement, with a preference for experience in international markets
• Strong expertise in data analysis and SQL, with a proven record of generating actionable insights to drive business decisions
• A proven ability to successfully implement sales tools and collaborate effectively across product teams and various stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective collaboration
• Proactive and self-driven, with experience in delivering scalable solutions. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
