Job summary

Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Apex Healthcare Berhad, is seeking a Finance Accountant in Malacca to manage the full set of accounts and monthly closing. The role demands a Diploma or equivalent, Autocount proficiency, and strong MS Excel/Word skills.

You will handle daily accounting tasks, assist with management reports, liaise with auditors and bankers, and provide admin support while meeting tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Autocount Accounting.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word knowledge.
• Willing to learn and have good working attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle full set of accounts and preparation of management reports.
• To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintaining and updating of accounts records.
• Assist and prepare monthly closing in management reports and accounts.
• Ensure proper filing of accounts records and documentation.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretary bankers and other authorities.
• Provide administration support; and
• Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior from time to time.
