Dexin Hardware Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support finance operations. The role demands independent work, effective communication with internal teams and external parties, and adherence to financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will handle AR/AP/GL, prepare monthly reports, monitor cash flow, process payroll, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (full set accounts preferred).
• Familiar with accounting systems (e.g., AutoCount) and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on collections.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier and expense payments.
• Reconcile customer payments across branches and payment channels.
• Monitor daily bank balances and manage company cash flow.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and authorities.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support the finance operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
