Job summary

Dematic in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure accurate supplier invoices, manage employee reimbursements and support month-end close. You will work with a collaborative finance team to maintain AP integrity, perform reconciliations and assist CAPEX tracking.

We value attention to detail, strong communication and the ability to work independently and with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on a timely basis
• Attend to vendor queries
• Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations
• Employee reimbursements administration and policy compliance
• Prepare month-end cost accruals
• Open Purchase Order Report and housekeeping
• Bank reconciliation
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register
• Capex reporting and forecasting
• Identify improvements to Accounts Payable and claims processes
• Act as support/backup for team members
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required
