You will process supplier invoices, handle employee reimbursements, support month-end reporting and CAPEX tracking, while identifying ongoing process improvements within a collaborative finance team.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication with stakeholders across Asia, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in Accounts Payable roles.
• Tertiary qualification in an Accounting or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong written communication.

Responsabilités

• Process Accounts Payable Invoices accurately and on time.
• Attend to vendor queries and reconcile supplier statements.
• Perform month-end cost accruals and CAPEX tracking.
• Prepare journals for claims and reimbursements in ERP.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and open Purchase Orders.
• Identify process improvements in Accounts Payable and Claims.
