NTT DATA Services in Malaysia is seeking an Accounting Specialist (Accounts Payable) to join our remote/hybrid team in Kuala Lumpur. You will process invoices, manage payments, and support month-end close with accuracy and internal controls.

You will perform vendor reconciliations, maintain AP records, and assist audits, working with AP leadership to ensure timely, compliant operations in a hybrid setup (1 day in office per week).

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounts payable or finance operations experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel.

Mansioni

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely with proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare and support payment runs; perform vendor statement reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, reporting and internal audits; maintain AP records.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
